So you’re ready to take your group on an awesome trip. Whether you’re family, a corporate team, old friends, or a bachelorette party, Western Spirit can help you to plan the perfect reunion adventure. Don’t worry about a location right away, just follow these simple steps and we’ll take care of the rest.
Make Your A-List
What’s the mission of your trip, and who has to be there? Assemble your A-list, based on who you really want to travel with—the bride, the boss, or Aunt Mary and Uncle Peter. These people make up your core group, the ones you want to plan around.
Work With Your A-List to Pick a Date
By email or phone, contact your A-list to pick dates that work for everyone. When traveling with a group, scheduling is the most challenging part, so choose your dates before you plan anything else.
Call Western Spirit for Drafts of Itineraries
We’ve been sending groups on trips for over 25 years and we can’t wait to help you put together the perfect itinerary. Let us know who’s coming, what you’ll be looking for, and when you’d like to go. We’ll go through our databases of knowledge and experience with your group in mind and present you with some ideas.
When designing trips for groups of mixed ability levels, we’ll put together rides that give everyone a sense of accomplishment. We’ll include “extra credit” rides for the more advanced cyclists in the group.
Send Detailed Invitations to Your A-List and B-List
It’s best to get all of the details worked out before you contact the full group. We’ll work with you to determine all the logistics and send your guests invites that include the dates, location, price, travel information, and everything else they need to know. We’ll also include a link for each participant to register and make the $400 deposit to save their spot. (The full balance is due 60 days before the trip.)
Throughout the process, remember that we’re here for you. You can call us any time at 800-845-2453, 435-259-8732, or fill out our contact form. We can’t wait to help you plan a reunion trip that brings your group together!
